In T1DM, the risk of fracture is low mass. patients T2DM, due to quality bone, despite mineral density (BMD). type 2 diabetic patients, fragility depends on instead reduction in Thiazolidinediones (TZD) cause differentiation adipocytes inhibit osteoblast marrow stromal stem cells (BMSC). this review, we described effect anti-diabetic drugs our finding shows that sulfonylureas metformin no negative protect bones against fractures.
